Flaming Foliage is an overnight team relay race adventure with single track trails, from Idaho Springs to beautiful Buena Vista, over Guanella, Georgia & Fremont Passes.
Covering 165 miles, this life changing relay road race is a team-oriented adventure with experiences and views you'll never forget. Each team consists of either ten runners, an Ultra team of 4-5, or a Super Ultra team of 1-3.

Changes have been made to the overall course as of 8/19/26: The final course is pending permit approval and we expect that to happen by the end of August.

Sauna Sessions: 5:30-7:30
The sauna holds 12 people at a time. We're maxing out the sign up for each hour slot to 30 people, so you will all take turns in and out of the sauna. Feel free to bring snacks, drinks, etc. and mingle outside the sauna or enjoy the river in between your sauna sessions. The sauna is located on the loop at South Main Town Square, near local breweries and restaurants.
